With over 25 years of experience in coaching, service, and leadership, Dan Thompson brings a lifelong passion for helping others into his role guiding clients through the Medicare process. His background is rooted in both people-first mentorship and operational excellence. 

Dan holds a degree in Organizational Management from Malone University and has spent much of his career supporting individuals from all walks of life. He has coached youth, travel, and varsity high school baseball, volunteered in after-school programs supporting teens through life’s challenges, and worked with middle school students with learning differences. 

Professionally, Dan has served in leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, managing day-to-day service operations and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Today, his focus is making sure every client understands their Medicare benefits—and uses them to their fullest. 

Dan’s deep experience, combined with his commitment to continuous learning and understanding the evolving Medicare landscape, makes him a trusted advocate—especially for those facing complex or unique healthcare needs. 

In honor of her sister Cara, Andrea has been a dedicated volunteer, leader, and board member with Friends Forever Inc. Friends Forever Inc. for the past 15 years. Her deep compassion and commitment to service shine through in all aspects of her work. 

After earning her degree from The University of Akron, Andrea has spent over 30 years in the graphic design industry. Her creative expertise has supported major corporations and brand names through impactful designs for billboards, direct mail campaigns, packaging, catalogs, and nonprofit organizations. 

As a Medicare broker, Andrea’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring nature guide every client interaction. She consistently puts others first and takes pride in helping individuals find coverage solutions that truly serve their needs. 

Lori believes no one should feel lost or overwhelmed when it comes to their Medicare and healthcare coverage. She is passionate about making the process easier to understand and advocating for her clients. Her goal is to provide clear, thoughtful guidance while making sure each person has the coverage and benefits that best fits their needs.

She has spent the last four years in the insurance industry as both an agent and agency owner. One of her favorite parts of the job has always been talking with clients. She quickly learned how many people simply don’t understand their insurance coverage—and often no one has taken the time to explain it to them. That’s something she has worked hard to change.

Lori lives in the Atwater/Randolph area and grew up in Brimfield. She is also active in and familiar with the Tallmadge, Alliance, Massillon, Canton, Deerfield, and Edinburg communities. She looks forward to building relationships with clients throughout Northeast Ohio and helping them feel more confident about their Medicare decisions. Lori is also actively involved in her community as a proud member of the Tallmadge Rotary Club.

Outside of work, Lori is a proud parent of two amazing kids—a daughter who is a sophomore at Ohio State and a son who is a sophomore in high school. And when the kids aren’t around, her dachshund, Puka Blue, does a pretty good job of keeping her entertained.

Kelly is passionate about helping people navigate Medicare with confidence. She understands that Medicare can be a confusing and sometimes overwhelming subject, and she takes pride in providing clear, straightforward guidance and stress-free solutions. Her goal is to help clients avoid costly mistakes while giving them peace of mind during an important transition in their lives.

For Kelly, trust is at the heart of every client relationship. She believes that being honest, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping others has allowed her to build strong connections with the people she serves. She takes the time to understand each person’s situation so she can provide guidance that feels both personal and practical.

When she’s not helping clients, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether she’s walking, hiking, or paddle boarding, she loves anything that brings her into nature—sunshine, green grass, and fresh air.

Kelly lives in the Portage Lakes area and currently serves clients throughout Akron, Canton, Massillon, Medina, and surrounding communities.

Heidi is a licensed Medicare insurance specialist who is passionate about helping people navigate the Medicare process with confidence. Her journey into the Medicare industry began when she watched her grandmother, Nancy, struggle with the confusing enrollment process. Seeing her frustration inspired Heidi to become an advocate for others facing the same challenges.

Today, Heidi is dedicated to simplifying Medicare by educating her clients, answering their questions, and helping them understand their options so they can make informed decisions. She believes everyone deserves personalized guidance, honest advice, and a trusted resource they can rely on before, during, and after enrollment.

Whether you’re turning 65, retiring, or reviewing your current coverage, Heidi is committed to making Medicare easy to understand and ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

Mary enjoys helping people navigate Medicare and believes that understanding your healthcare options should feel clear and manageable—not overwhelming. Her goal is to make Medicare easier to understand so each person can feel confident choosing the coverage that best fits their individual needs.

She especially enjoys meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and building lasting relationships. Throughout her career, Mary has had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds. Those experiences have taught her the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and being patient throughout the decision-making process.

Based in Northeast Ohio, Mary is proud to serve individuals in her community and beyond. She looks forward to getting to know each client, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them feel confident in their Medicare decisions.

Dawn is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate Medicare with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind. She understands that healthcare decisions can feel complicated, particularly during times of transition, and her approach is centered on listening to each person’s unique needs, explaining their options clearly, and helping them make informed decisions.

For Dawn, serving others is about more than simply providing information. It’s about being a trusted and dependable resource and building relationships that allow clients to feel supported as they make important decisions about their healthcare and future.

Her commitment to service is deeply rooted in her military background, which taught her the importance of responsibility, commitment, and putting the needs of others first. Her own experiences with hardship and loss have further shaped the way she serves others. Losing her mother and experiencing firsthand the consequences of not having the right financial plans in place gave Dawn a deeper understanding of the importance of preparing for the unexpected.

Those experiences have strengthened her desire to help others protect the people they love and feel more prepared for the future. Dawn brings together her personal experiences and her lifelong commitment to service to provide compassionate, personalized guidance to the individuals and families she has the opportunity to serve.

Based in Northeast Ohio, Dawn looks forward to getting to know each client, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them feel confident about their Medicare decisions and their future.

Matt has dedicated his life to helping others. His career began in retail and sales, where he discovered a passion for serving people. He later became the lead pastor at Rosemont Grace Brethren Church and Grace Fellowship Juniata, and today he serves as the Pastor of Care, Teams, and Groups at Heart O’ The Lakes Church, supporting both the Brooklyn and Jackson campuses.

In addition to ministry, Matt is a licensed phlebotomist, giving him valuable insight into the medical field. That experience, combined with his heart for service, led him to Medicare.

As Matt explains, “I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people are given less than the full information they need. Too often, they’re left making rushed decisions that can lead to unfortunate outcomes. That’s why I believe the patient should always come first, and making sure they fully understand their options genuinely matters.”
